Our organisation
The founding members are the constituent companies that make up the APRIL Group: APRIL, APRIL Santé Prévoyance, APRIL Partenaires, APRIL Moto, APRIL Marine, APRIL Entreprise, APRIL Entreprise Caraïbes, APRIL International, APRIL Mon Assurance and Magnacarta.
The Board of Directors is made up of 12 members: 8 members appointed from among the founding companies and 4 external experts selected for their expertise in their respective fields.
The responsibilities of the Board of Directors include defining the Foundation’s policy and strategic direction, drawing up action plans, signing off on the annual accounts, voting on the annual budget and overseeing its implementation, amending the statutes and internal regulations etc.

The Scientific and Ethics Committee
The Scientific and Ethics Committee is made up of qualified individuals who also serve on the Board of Directors, along with a number of external members.
It guarantees the scientific quality of the Foundation’s studies, research work, publications and initiatives, and helps to identify any ethical issues and provide guidance in addressing them.

The Executive Committee
The Executive Committee comprises the Chair of the Board of Directors, a Secretary and a Treasurer, with the latter two selected from among the members of the Board of Directors.
