This 27 June in Paris, after several months of discussions with stakeholders on matters of health and preventive care, the Board of Directors of the APRIL Foundation met for the first time to formally approve the Foundation’s mission statement and scope.
This inaugural meeting was an essential moment in the Foundation’s history, officially establishing our general policy positions and priorities, our operating strategy, and of course our legal and financial structure.
The twelve-member Board of Directors comprises eight individuals representing the constituent companies of the APRIL Group, along with four external members selected on the basis of their expertise in health and/or behavioural sciences.
